Setting up/Troubleshooting your connection on Mac OS X
STEP 1: Click on the "Apple" menu.

STEP 2: Move your mouse down to the "System Preferences" option.

STEP 3: Click on the "Network" icon in The system preferences.

STEP 4: Select the modem in your computer. If your mac came with a modem from the factory it will be called Internal Modem

STEP 5: Type "IQuest" into the "Service Provider:" box. Type the local access number for your area in the "Telephone Number:" box. If an alternate access number is available for you, then you can enter it in the "Alternate Number: box. In the "Account Name: box you will want to enter your username and the password that was provided to you will be entered in the "Password:" box.

STEP 6: Click on "Apply Now" to save your changes.

Congratulations, your computer is now setup to connect to IQuest Internet, LLC. You should now be able to open any application that requires the Internet to make Mac OS X establish a connection. If you have any problems getting your connection to work please call our Technical Support Department and they will help you diagnose the problem.
