IQuest Internet blocks message's with a zip file or executable file attached. We do this to reduce the amount of virus laden messages that come through our mail servers. This helps protect you as well as reduce the load on our mail system.

Blocked File Types(including but not limited to):

• .zip Winzip Files
• .exe Windows Executable
• .scr Windows Screensaver
• .pif Program InFormation file
• .gif Image file

Alternatives for sending and receiving files:

• Archive the file using a different compression type, such as .tar, .rar, or .ace
