Setting up Email Filtering using Outlook Express 2000 or XP
STEP 1: Add a folder to your Inbox by selecting New from the File menu and then choosing Folder

STEP 2: Type a name for the folder and select where you want to put the folder. We chose Spam for the folder name

STEP 3: Next, go to Tools on the Menu, and select Rules Wizard.

STEP 4: Click on the New button.

STEP 5: Select Check messages when they arrive and click on the Next button.
Note: For Outlook 2002, you need to choose START with a blank rule and then check messages when they arrive in that order

STEP 6: Select "with specific words in the subject" and click on the Next button

STEP 7: Select move it to the specified folder and then click on specified in the bottom box

STEP 8:Select the Spam folder and click on the OK button. If your folders aren't expanded, click on the plus (+) sign to the left.

STEP 9: Click on the Finish button
